Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping Within the Continental U.S. - We offer FREE shipping on purchases over $125.  For orders of $125 and less we charge a flat rate of $12.  Our preferred method of shipment is via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 2-3 days, but we can ship UPS on request.

Overnight Shipping - For orders under 15 pounds, we charge an additional $25 for overnight shipping in addition to the standard rate.  For expedited orders over 15 pounds, we will quote a rate for your requested speed of service.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders - We're sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

Sales Tax

Because Cat & Mouse Game Store is incorporated in Illinois, Illinois residents are charged sales tax, which is currently 10.25% at our location.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may exchange games in their original condition within 15 days of the shipment's receipt.  Original condition means that the game cannot have been played and all parts must be in the same condition as when they game was received. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

When we receive a return, we can issue you a refund of the purchase price in the form of Cat & Mouse store credit, which may be applied toward an exchange or a future purchase. Gift recipients returning an item will be issued store credit for the purchase price of the item(s). Holiday gift item returns/exchanges will be accepted until January 15th.

How to Return an Item

  • Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to exchange an item.

  • Wrap the package securely and include the original packing slip. Use the original packing material, if possible. Mail the package to the address listed below.

  • For your protection, we recommend you send your exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense. Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.

  • We'll process your exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
